Exam Format and Structure
The Institute of Education's current procedure specifies a written test of 20 multiple-choice questions. Candidates have 60 minutes and pass with at least 12 correct answers. It is not a combined speaking, listening, writing, history, or civic-knowledge examination.
20 Multiple-Choice Questions
The official sample tests use Bulgarian-language multiple-choice items. They assess vocabulary, grammar, sentence completion, and comprehension through short contexts. Always practise from the latest samples published by the Institute of Education.
60 Minutes, 12 to Pass
